Diana Lim

Diana grew up on Long Island and was raised in a Christian home. She found her faith through participating in youth group events, service projects, and mission trips. After receiving her degree in Music Education, Diana decided to put her interest in service to work by joining the Peace Corps. She served in Cambodia from 2011-2013. There, she met Nathan, a volunteer from Korea, and after they both completed their service, they moved to New York and got married. They have two children, Jaemin and Haelyn, and have been attending Hope East Church since 2016. As a music teacher, Diana has worked in schools in NYC and on Long Island and currently teaches at Smithtown Christian School. God continues to challenge Diana to both learn more and lead more, and Diana is honored and humbled to have been entrusted with so much in her life.
