We invite people to serve the needs of those in need through word and service. We encourage you to get involved through providing hope to our city, neighborhood and context! Here are some ways to get involved:

Safe center LI

Observation Room Project

The Safe Center LI is the largest organization in Nassau County that restores hope for abuse victims. In 2023, we funded (total amount: $12,767.00) a second observation room for their Child Advocacy Center. The second observation room will increase efficiency, decrease wait times, and allow the Safe Center to work with various local agencies to address allegations of child-abuse by conducting and recording interviews.

Essential Items Collection

Once a year, we collected boxes of essential items (examples: diapers, clothing, toiletries, etc.) in order to donate to victims of abuse in Nassau County. This is spearheaded by our Young Adults Ministry and we look forward to more of these drives in the future!
